This Code of Ethics is organized and disclosed by Parsis Global International. Its purpose is to promote the ethical and professional operation of the Parsis Global International organization. The Code of Ethics addresses the conduct of Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International in general transactions, in their relationships with clients, and in other conduct, including with other Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International. Parsis Global International hopes that this Code of Ethics will guide all Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International to work in a manner that will enhance the reputation of the organization and ensure that Parsis Global International is recognized by the public and other professionals in the industry as the most ethical, professional, talented, experienced and successful organization.
Article1: All Professionals affiliated to Parsis Global International will follow all issues affecting their international sector
Article2: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall familiarize themselves with all laws, orders, rules, rules, regulations, public policies, customs, traditions, standards and practices affecting the labor industry in their community, town, city, region and country, including, but not limited to, the Unfair Competition Law.
Article3: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall participate in regular, periodic education and training activities and/or informational seminars covering technology, tools, skills and other topics relevant to their careers in order to advance their careers.
Article4: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall endeavor to discourage practices by Professionals working in their communities that may harm the public or the credibility of their work. Only when necessary or unavoidable, or when all other appropriate dispute resolution alternatives have failed, will legal action be taken by Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International under this policy.
Article5: No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall seek to gain an unfair advantage over another Professional.
Article6: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall endeavor to avoid disputes with other Professionals in their professional activities.
Article7: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall at all times protect and promote the interests of their clients, but at the same time shall treat all parties to their transactions fairly.
Article 8: If a Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International is asked to give an opinion and the Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International thinks it is appropriate to respond, such opinion shall be given in strict adherence to the rules of business ethics and courtesy.
Article9: No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall engage in misleading or improper practices in their professional activities.
Article10: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall refrain from exaggerating, distorting or concealing the facts relating to any transaction and shall disclose all defects in the property which, to the best of their knowledge, may materially affect its value or use.
Article11: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall provide accurate information in their public advertisements or representations and shall not deceive or misinform the public in any way.
Article12: No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall advise a client to use the services of any other organization or business entity in which his or her own preferred interests are at stake, without disclosing such interests.
Article13: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall advise their clients to seek legal advice if the client’s interests so require.
Article14: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International may not refuse to provide equal professional services to any person on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or nationality. Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International may not be party to plans or agreements that provide for discrimination against one or more persons on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or nationality.
Article15: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall at least meet the level of service competence that the general public would expect to see when dealing with a Professional. No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall provide advice on matters outside his or her professional expertise.
Article16: A Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall explain to his/her Professional at the earliest possible opportunity the procedures followed in the business commercial relationship.
Article17: A Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall disclose the matters in question to authorized persons involved in the business transaction at the earliest possible opportunity.
Article18: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall communicate their proposals in an objective and impartial manner as soon as possible, up to the completion of a transaction.
Article19: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall disclose an accepted offer to authorized persons seeking cooperation.
Article20: All Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International may not enter into an agreement to receive service fees from more than one party without the knowledge of all parties.
Article21: No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International may advertise, or allow anyone working in connection with him/her to advertise, a transaction without disclosing the name of the Parsis Global International office working on the transaction.
Article22: To the maximum extent possible, Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International shall ensure that the financial obligations and commitments of the transactions between their Professionals and their clients are written in the exact form agreed by the parties, in correct and clear terms and in accordance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Turkey.
Article23: When a party to a transaction signs or initials any document, the Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall ensure that such party receives a copy of the signed or initialed document.
Article24: For collaborative transactions and all other transactions, all payments in connection with the transaction shall be paid directly to Parsis Global International at the office where the Professional works.
Article25: The Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International shall specify in advance all the terms and conditions of the cooperation proposal with other Professionals. Other Professionals should not assume that this cooperation proposal includes the payment of a service fee. Prior to the formation of any proposal for the transaction that is the subject of the cooperation, the Professionals who are parties to the cooperation must have agreed between them on the payment of service fees.
Article 26: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International may contact the clients of other Professionals in order to propose or contract to provide other services unrelated to the type of service provided.
Article27: No Professional affiliated with Parsis Global International may make a related request by sending a postal message or other written communication to a general audience, but in particular to a person who has signed a closed agreement with other Professionals.
Article28: Professionals affiliated with Parsis Global International have an obligation to make reasonable efforts to determine, before receiving a business engagement, whether the subject matter of that engagement is subject to an applicable agreement.
In the event of a violation of the Code of Ethics, Parsis Global International will take such action as it deems necessary, acting in a fair and reasonable manner. Violations of the Code of Ethics may also constitute a violation of certain contractual arrangements and may result in termination of the violator’s employment with Parsis Global International. The provisions of this Code of Ethics are always subject to applicable laws. Any provision of this Code of Ethics shall prevail over any applicable law, order, rule or regulation. This Code of Ethics is subject to change by Parsis Global International.
